DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:
Pinnacle Contract Flooring Ltd were employed by Brims Construction to carry out the flooring works at Osbourne House Care Home, Selby.
A new build 74 Bedroom Care home including kitchens and laundry rooms the project was completed within the 12 week programme and to the highest standards.
The works comprised:
- Latex Levelling Screed
- Supply & Installation of Cove Formed Safety Vinyl to Ensuites, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Laundry, Hairdressers & Stores.
- Supply and Installation of Bespoke designed carpet to entrance areas
- Supply & Installation of Carpets to Bedrooms, Corridors and staircases
- Supply & Installation of Kardean Luxury Vinyl Tiles to Resident Lounges
- Supply & Installation of Luxury Vinyl Tiles to bedrooms and corridors.
- Supply & Installation of Stair Nosings
- Supply & Installation of Stair edge trims
- Liquid DPM to bathrooms as required
- Installation of shower gully traps
